I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership & Management from the University of Toledo, where I studied Organizational Change under Dr. Clint Longenecker. I hold certifications in Culture Facilitation from Veritas Culture and Diversity & Inclusion from the American Management Association.
